PURPOSE: To provide a high-sensitivity superconductive circuit element without using doping technique. CONSTITUTION: A superconductive circuit element with an SNS hetero structure such as Josephson junction and field effect transistors has a sandwich structure consisting of a metal substrate 9 and at least one layer 8 that is arranged adjacent to it and is made of a high Tc superconductive material. An insulation layer 10 may be provided between the substrate 9 and the layer 8. The substrate 9, the superconductive layer 8, and the insulation layer 10 are all formed by a material with a molecular structure and a lattice constant that nearly match. Electrical contacts such as a source electrode 11, a drain electrode 12, and a gate electrode 13 are mounted to the superconductive layer 8 and the substrate 9. The substrate 9 is formed by a metal oxide such as ruthenium strontium Sr2 RuO4 and the superconductive layer 8 is made of a copper oxide mold such as YBa2 Cu3 O7-δ. The insulation layer 10 is formed by SrTiO3 . In YBa2 Cu3 O7-δ,δis expressed by 0<=δ<=1.
