PURPOSE:To obtain a photovoltaic element wherein the resistance of a transparent electrode is reduced and the transmittance is improved, a photovoltaic element wherein the deterioration with time and the endurance of heat cycle are improved, and a photovoltaic element wherein the yield at the time of manufacturing is improved. CONSTITUTION:In a photovoltaic element, a transparent electrode 107 which contains silver atoms between a semiconductor layer and a collecting electrode 108, or a transparent electrode 107 which contains many silver atoms exponentially distributed on the collecting electrode side is formed. |
