<p>PURPOSE:To effectively avoid the malfunction and electrical breakdown of an electronic component which are caused by a high voltage induced when static electricity is discharged. CONSTITUTION:When static electricity is discharged from the part of a package unit where static electricity is easily accumulated, the electricity is discharged to a static electricity discharge path ground pattern 7a close to the parts where the static electricity is easily accumulated first and the discharge current is made to flow through the static electricity discharge path ground patterns 7a and 7b. Then the current is made to flow into a grounding part to which the cathode of a battery 10 which is the lowest impedance part in ground patterns 6a and 6b is connected.</p> |
