<p>PURPOSE: To provide a solid-state image sensor consisting of a both-sides thin charge coupled image device that receives an image by both front and rear sides. CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with a thin and flat body 32 having a front side and a rear side to receive an irradiation light made of a covalent bond type crystal grating material, a charge coupled gate array structure 40 formed on the front side, an electric output signal pad 42, and a package fitted in the inside of the body and having front and rear openings so as to receive irradiation light on the front side and the rear side.</p> |
