PURPOSE:To allow the resonance frequency to be hardly fluctuated when the dielectric resonator is mounted on a printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION:An inner conductor 14 and an outer conductor 16 and a short- circuit conductor 15 are formed on the surface of a dielectric block 11 and the conductors 14, 16, 15 are composed of a 1st conductor film 18 coming into contact with the surface of the dielectric block 11 and a 2nd conductor film 19 covering the film 18. The 1st conductor film 18 is formed to the dielectric block 11, the open end face of the block 11 is ground and the resonance frequency of the dielectric resonator is adjusted and the 2nd conductor film 19 is formed by the electroplating method or the like. |
