摘要 PURPOSE:To enable memorizing of the electrical conductivity changed by irradiation with light by electrically connecting an optical function element constituted by forming a photosensitive layer with a specific compd. having a memory characteristic imparting function and a charge transfer element constituted of a material whose light transmittance is changed by the intensity of an electric field in series. CONSTITUTION:The hole transferable low-polymer compd. which is the hydrazone compd. having at least >=1 pieces of hydrogen atoms within the molecule and expressed by formula I and the compd. having the conductive memory characteristic imparting function of the photosensitive layer changed by the irradiation with the light are dispersed into a polymer to constitute the optical function element 1 between electrodes 5 and 6 at least either of which have the light transmittability. The material which is changed in the light transmittability by the intensity of the electric field is formed between the electrodes 7 and 8 having the light transmittability to constitute the charge transfer element 2. Both elements are electrically connected in series to form the composite element, by which the electrical conductivity changed by the photoirradiation is memorized.
