PURPOSE:To provide the instruction executing device which enables read-out from an arbitrary address in a program ROM, and checks efficiently the contents of the ROM. CONSTITUTION:The instruction executing device for testing the contents of a program ROM is constituted of a clock generator 1 for a timing signal, a machine cycle generator 2 for an instruction execution control signal, an instruction register 3 and an instruction decoder 4 for an instruction code, a general register 5 for a result of execution, a program ROM 6 of an instruction program execution procedure, etc., a program counter 7 for an address, an input/output circuit 8 of data, AND-OR circuits 9-12, AND circuits 13, 14 and buffers 15, 16. In such a state, data is inputted and outputted from input/output ports 17a-17l, and a control signal having a timing different from a regular operation is inputted from an address input control terminal 18 and a ROM output control terminal 19. |
