<p>PURPOSE:To provide the transmission alarm raising system which can immediately raise an alarm at a transmission line to detect an alarming state according to an alternate monitor type process. CONSTITUTION:In the transmission alarm raising system equipped with the alternate communication process to return a response to a response request and a fault generation detecting means 1 due to the alternate monitor type process so as to retransmit the response request to a communicating party station prescribed times at prescribed time intervals in the case of abnormality, to generate an output by judging fault generation in the case of no response and to generate an alarm output by detecting this fault, a transmission cable non-insertion recognizing means 2 is provided to recognize the non-insertion of a transmission cable and to generate an output, an OR means 3 is provided to OR the output of the fault generation detecting means 1 and the output of the transmission cable non-insertion recognizing means 2 and according to this ORed output, an alarm is raised.</p> |
