PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and to quickly input sales data by subjecting the contents of a journal to the sales data processing as data by online without inputting them from the keyboard of a personal computer. CONSTITUTION:Sales data is registered and stored in a cash register 1 having the online transmission function. Stored sales data is transmitted to a personal computer 5 having the online reception processing through a MODEM 2, an exchange 3, and a MODEM 4 by the online transmission function of the cash register 1. Sales data received by the personal computer 5 is processed by the sales data processing on the personal computer 5. |
