PURPOSE:To shorten the liquid pouring time as much as possible and prevent electrolytic solution from spilling over to the outside of the case and also from attaching to its seal part. CONSTITUTION:A necessary amount of electrolytic solution 8 is poured into a battery case 1 in the condition that a pos. electrode is set in place, and a component set of a lithium neg. electrode 3 and separator 4 is put little by little at an appropriate speed into the case 1. The electrolytic solution is allowed to be absorbed in the component set while the liquid surface is kept not exceeding the specified level.
