PURPOSE:To estimate the contents of an accident of the system even if it is such one as a plurality of protective devices may take a complex coordination. CONSTITUTION:When an accident occurs, an accident contents estimating device 44 finds a protective facility for all the operating relays, using the change-of- state data from a change-of-state monitor 42, the data of a facility data storing device 41, and the knowledge in a knowledge storing device 43. In this stage, it is decided whether the reproduction of the system state is required or not. When the reproduction of the system state is required, a system state reproducing device 45 reproduces the system state at the time when the relays have operated and then a protective facility is found anew. |
