The thin polyvinylidene fluoride cable is manufactured by: coating the polyolefin based mixture of 0.114 mm of insulating thickness as inner coating layer; coating the polyvinylidene chloride mixt. as outer coating layer; then finally, only once, radiation- crosslinking of that. The polyvinylidene fluoride electrical cable is mafd. by the tube type cable extrusion process using with kynar 730 prepd. by emulsion polymerization and polyvinylidene fluoride of solef 1006 grade prepd. by suspension polymerization. Pref. the inner layer of polyolefin contains 6-10 wt.% of triaryl isocyanurate (TAIC) as crosslinking assistant, and the outer layer of polyvinylidene fluoride contains 2-5 wt.% of TAIC.
