PURPOSE:To eliminate the burden on hardware and software by a processing device to be inputted when the mark of respective keys of a keyboard is inputted in correspondence to the mark displayed at a displaying part by a keyboard device. CONSTITUTION:The set of data of a mark to be changed with the position of respective keys of an input part 5 beforehand and the output code data are stored in a storing part l. At the time of the power source throwing, the inherent set of the data of the key of the input part 5 is read from the storing part 1 and stored into a converting part 6. An operator designates the set of the data to be used by a selecting part 3. A control part 2 stores the information of the set of the designated data in the converting part 6 and the mark group of the data set is displayed at a display 4. The converting part 6 converts the code data from the key pushed down by the operator to the corresponding code data from the information of the set of the data at the time of the power source throwing and by the designation and outputs them to a processing device.
