<p>PURPOSE:To precisely and easily input a voice by displaying a voice-inputtable operation command on a monitor according to the operating state at the time of voice input. CONSTITUTION:The voice of a user is preliminarily registered to a voice registering device 7. When a voice registering button is operated, a system reads a table from a ROM 10, displays it on a display device 9, and demands the user to speak. The voice of a password is inputted to a voice identifying device 7 through a microphone provided in a voice input device 6 and stored in a memory built in the voice identifying device 7 in relation to operation command No. The user repeats this operation up to the final command No. and terminates the voice registration. When a CPU 1 receives the command of the operator through a panel switch 5 or the voice input device 6, a drawing according to the command is projected on the display device 9, and the voice according to the command is outputted from a voice output device 8.
