<p>PURPOSE:To separate and recover the technetium in a solution such as a radioactive waste liquid generated in a reprocessing facility of the nuclear spent fuel. CONSTITUTION:An radioactive waste liquid 1 incorporating technetium is brought into contact with a recovery liquid 3 via an anion exchange membrane 2 to perform the diffusing/dialyzing process, and the technetium in the radioactive waste liquid 1 is separated and recovered into the recovery liquid 6. The recovery liquid 6 is reduction-processed to dialyze technetium as an oxide, and it is separated and recovered from the recovery liquid 6.</p> |
