<p>The implant is capable of expanding in the bones and/or of swelling and/or blocking and/or of screwing into the bones. The implant is shaped mainly as a dowel-like hollow body (10), esp. a hollow cylinder, and comprises several external superimposed annular beadings (16) in the axial direction of the cylinder (10) and/or contacting beads or half-beads. The implant also comprises an internal thread (20) and/or inner structure and/or thread-like inner structure. The implant consists of metal and/or inorganic resorbable or non-resorbable materials and/or of resorbable organic materials and/or of synthetic resin, esp. a strong, bio-compatible material, and/or of composites of resorbable and/or non-resorbable inorganic and/or organic materials.</p> |
