Method of removing micro-fine foreign bodies from surface - involves wetting surface with water, freezing and subsequently thawing
摘要
Micro-fine foreign bodies are removed from the surfaces of articles by a method which first involves wetting the surface with water. The water is then frozen so that the foreign bodies are trapped in the coating of ice. The surface is then flushed with air at normal temperature. The air melts the ice and the foreign bodies are removed with the water as it flows off the surfaces of the articles. The method is especially intended for cleaning containers used for pharmaceutical products. USE/ADVANTAGE - Cleaning of pharmaceutical containers. The method removes micro-fine foreign bodies.
