The interference processor has a strip line circuit (33) formed on, or in, a substrate (2), which is formed in a waveguide and/or a metal housing (3). The waveguide sidewalls are lined with an attenuation material (1). The substrate is laterally secured by the attenuation material. The material thickness is pref. variable. It is identical at two opposite sides, while it is differently formed at mutually adjacent sides. The strip line element is typically formed in microstrip technique. ADVANTAGE - Controlled energy transport and suppression of transmission bands caused by waveguide propagation.
