<p>A coated cloth, wherein a blend containing from 50 to 400 parts by weight of a hydroxide and more than 3 parts by weight of powdery fibers based on 100 parts by weight of a base polymer not containing halogen elements is coated on a cloth. The coated cloth is excellent in abrasion resistance and flame retardance, as well as releasing less smoke.</p>
