The sealing bush or grommet is used for guiding conductors through wall entrances and includes a bush-body of elastic material which has radial sealing lips (3) at its end separated from the wall opposite a contactor lead through. At its other end, the bush has two axial sealing lips enclosing the wall between them. A snap-fit sealing lip (2) is provided and, when inserted through the wall opening, a securing piece (5) can be fixed on to the sealing lip (2), in a slot (4) provided, in order to prevent the cable sliding back through the wall entrance. ADVANTAGE - Tight seal provided against entrance wall around whole periphery of sealing lips.
