<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the discharge of waste water, by constructing a treatment apparatus wherein fermentation and drying are alternately repeated by a plurality of tanks and heat energy is alternately utilized. CONSTITUTION:Sawdust or minute wood pieces is charged in one fermentative drying tank 4 from a charging port 17 and a partition valve 14' is closed while a partition valve 14 is opened and a pump 2 is operated and a high concn. waste liquid is sent to the fermentative drying tank 4 under pressure from a high concn. waste liquid tank 1 to be scattered from the emitting port 16 of a scattering pipe 15. Sawdust or the like is similarly charged in the other fermentative drying tank 3 to start fermentation. When an exhaust fan 5 is operated, high temp. saturated air generated by the fermentation in the fermentative drying tank 3, 4 is guided to a heat exchanger 7 where heat-exchanged with other air to heat the same while high temp. saturated air is exhausted along with moisture as low temp. saturated air. By this method public nuisance can be perfectly prevented.</p> |
