<p>The present invention relates to new compositions derived from marine algae, to processes for preparing them and to their applications in agriculture. According to the invention, these compositions are obtained by basic hydrolysis of at least one brown alga in the presence of a reducing agent, at a temperature between 50 and 100 DEG C, for a period of between 4 and 8 h, the said hydrolysis being followed by neutralisation and then filtration, preferably through an inorganic membrane whose pore diameter is approximately 0.45 mu m.</p> |
