PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a measurement device externally, to reduce the adjustment time and to attain stable adjustment. CONSTITUTION:When a reference signal 6 outputted from a reference signal output circuit 221 is inputted to a VFO (transfer rate) circuit 223n through a read data selector 222, a window signal 7n for discrimination synchronously with the reference signal 6 is outputted, a reference phase adjustment circuit 224 receives the reference signal 6 from a branch point X and the window signal 7n to adjust the phase difference. A phase detection circuit 225 detects a phase difference between the reference signal 6 and the window signal 7n to send a phase detection signal 8 to a control circuit 226n. While confirming the phase detection signal 8, the control circuit 226n outputs a command signal 9 to obtain a proper value based on the phase adjustment and the result of calculation to the reference phase adjustment circuit 224 to set up the reference signal 6 to the center of the window signal 7n. |
