PURPOSE:To offer a brewing-cooling device for coffee, etc., which is simple in construction, convenient to use, easy to clean, keeps water from overflowing and fouling around the device even if brewing is performed with a brewing basket out of position by mistake, and allows observing a dripping part of liquid such as coffee, etc., and improving hygienic conditions. CONSTITUTION:A brewing-cooling device includes a detachable brewing basket 6 located under a sprinkling cover 14, a removable receiving pan 17 which is installed under the brewing basket 6 to receive hot-water sprinkled by the sprinkling cover 14, a brewing chamber 18 on which the removable receiving pan 17 is mounted, a water diversion member 19 which is located below the receiving pan 17 and has a recessed communicating part leading to a beverage cooling container and a hole leading to a hot-water pot 13, and an operating lever 23 which is engaged with the receiving pan 17 to move it so that the position of a drain hole comes above the communication part or the hole of the water diversion member 19. |
