PURPOSE:To effectively display memorandum information in a navigation device. CONSTITUTION:In the case that a distance between a point registered by the memorandum information and the present position of a vehicle is equal to or below the distance equivalent to the diagonal line of a display screen, a map screen including both positions is reproduced and both positions are superposed on the map and displayed. Meanwhile, in the case that the distance between the point registered by the memorandum information and the present position of the vehicle is equal to or exceeding the distance equivalent to the diagonal of the display screen, the map screen whose center is the point registered by the memorandum information is reproduced, and then, both positions are superposed on the map and displayed. Such the memorandum information is displayed by a microcomputer 1. |
