PURPOSE:To provide the equipment and method for welding capable of reducing the tact time (time from fitting stems on stem holders up to taking out these) and improving productivity. CONSTITUTION:The welding equipment is provided with a discoid rotary table 13 and plural stem holders 1-6 which are fitted in a radial manner for every specified angle on the periphery of the rotary table 13 and can hold the stems 15 toward the outside of the rotary table 13, respectively. In addition, plural hot baths 8-12 which can keep the specified temperature, respectively are provided in a radial manner for every specified angle around the rotary table 13. The stems 15 on which adhesives parts 17 to be joined are mounted in advance are held toward the outside of the rotary table on the stem holders 1-6. in a state with the high temperature, the proper temperature and the low temperature kept in order on the respective hot baths 8-12, the rotary table 13 is rotated for every specified angle, the stems 15 are brought into contact with the respective hot baths 8-12 in order and the adhesives are molten and solidified. |
