PURPOSE:To provide the image forming device where a position of generation of trouble can be easily recognized when trouble is generated in the image forming device where a control panel is not complicated and with good operability. CONSTITUTION:Paper detection sensors 22 to 29 are provided to detect jamming in the vicinity of each paper feeding cassettes 14 to 17 and within a carrying path of copying paper, and LED for jamming display is provided to display the generation of jamming on a control panel when jamming is detected by the paper detection sensors 22 to 29. Furthermore, when the jamming is generated at the paper feeding part, it is not only displayed on the control panel but the LED for jamming display to display the generation of jamming is provided on each paper feeding cassette 14 to 17 to indicate which paper feeding part the jamming is generated in. |
