METHOD FOR CONTROLLING CONVEYANCE CARRIAGE

PURPOSE:To put conveyance carriages in more effective operation wherein the completion period of the conveying operation is followed. CONSTITUTION:An element operation result completion time table contains items by the kinds of individual operation elements constituting the conveying operation. This table has a base time as an essential time part in a result completion time (result of time required to complete corresponding element operation) and margin time data as a time part with variance by the kinds of the operation elements. The completion period of specific conveying operation can be estimated from the sum of the result end times of the operation elements constituting the conveying operation and the operation is carried on according to the period. The result completion times are learnt and corrected and only the margin times as variance time are learnt and corrected at this time. Consequently, the precision of the learning and correction is improved.
