摘要

PURPOSE:To control a laser light output stably in a high frequency band. CONSTITUTION:The amount of a light emitted from a laser diode 9 is detected by a photodiode PD. The detected current is separated into high and low frequency components by a CR filter 62. The current of the separated low frequency is amplified by an amplifier A1. The amplified current and the current of the high frequency component separated by the filter 62 are added. the added current is converted into a voltage by an amplifier A2. The amount of the light from the diode 9 is controlled in response to the converted voltage.
