PURPOSE:To reduce communication loads and to realize exact and speedy mail to the destination by deciding a document distributing method while grasping the condition of the destination in the case of transmitting the electronic mail. CONSTITUTION:In the case of transmitting the electronic mail, a personal computer (system managing device) 3 confirms the condition of the destination, decides a communication address and informs the address of a personal computer (document transmitting device) 1. When the device is just used at the destination, the document is directly transmitted from the personal computer 1 to a personal computer (document receiving device) 2 as the destination. When the device is not used at the destination, the document is transmitted to the personal computer 3 and temporarily stored in a file. Afterwards, the user itself transmitted the document extracts the document from the file of the personal computer 3. |
