PURPOSE:To obtain a combined food having reduced water transfer rates of both the foods in preservation, maintaining difference in texture of both the foods. CONSTITUTION:A combined food which is obtained by combining plural foods having a water phase as a continuous phase in each individually existing state and comprises a specific phase containing one or more of food fibers, dextrin and glycerol in a water concentration enough to suppress water transfer to the other phase among the phases. |
