LAMINATE BIAXIALLY ORIENTED POLYESTER FILM

摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture a biaxially oriented polyester laminated film of superior resistance to shaving and superior electromagnetic conversion characteristics under severe magnetic tape manufacturing conditions. CONSTITUTION:A biaxially oriented polyester laminated film composed of polyester containing spindle-shaped calcium carbonate particles of 0.2-8wt.% having the average grain diameter equivalent to area circle of 0.1-2mum, grain diameter ratio (long diameter/short diameter) of 1.5-10 and relative standard deviation of 0.5 or less, and the film is formed by laminating layers of thickness of 0.1-2 times as large as the grain diameter.
