PURPOSE:To prevent a core from bending at the time of cutters being opened. CONSTITUTION:The covering of an electric wire 600a is separated at a cut position of cutters 103 into a covering part 611 on one side and the covering part 611 on the other side, by moving the electric wire 600a in one direction P in a state of being held by the cutters 103 after the cutting, and the core 603 is exposed. Subsequently the electric wire 600a is moved back a little in the other direct1-on Q along its longitudinal direction, and the cutters 103 are opened. The covering part 611 on one side is separated from the cutters 103 by moving the cutters 103 back a little, and the cutters 103 are opened under this condition. Accordingly, the electric wire 600a is prevented from bending by the opening of the cutters 103, and the bending of the core 603 is prevented. |
