PURPOSE:To prevent an article from looking poor by a method wherein an adhering material is formed by providing a foamed layer on the mold surface and integrally molding a reinforcing layer. CONSTITUTION:In a molding process for forming an adhering material 2, a surface material made of a foamed layer 21 and a surface layer 22 integrally formed on the surface of the foamed layer 21 is disposed on a mold surface, and a reinforcing resin layer is molded on the rear surface of the foamed layer 21. In a vibration welding process, a substrate is abutted on the reinforcing layer 20 and, in this state, one of the adhering material 2 and the substrate is vibrated by a low frequency, and the adhering material and the substrate are welded to be integrally bonded. An article provided with the foamed layer 21 is produced in the aforesaid processes. In the molding process, the reinforcing layer is formed on the adhering material 2 other than the corner parts thereof. |
