<p>PURPOSE:To avoid constraints so the utilizing number of metallic molds does not exceed the available number by changing the allocated position of an arbi trary product according to the priority order of production requests, when the number of metallic molds to be actually used exceeds the available number of the preparation a formation process schedule chart per unit period. CONSTITUTION:Each time a process is allocated to production program data per the unit period and the calendar data per the unit period by a process allocation processing part 22, the utilizing number of each metallic mold of a product attached to each producing equipment is searched by an actual utilizing number calculating part 23 as the actual utilizing number of each metallic mold in the working time zone, and entered in the corresponding part of the calendar data. Each time one process is allocated by the process allocation processing part 22, the actual utilizing number entered in the utilizing number of the calendar data is compared with the utilization enabling number of each metallic mold, and the production process chart of an entire production line is prepared while the constraint-escaping processing is operated as necessary, by an allocation change processing part 25.</p> |
