PURPOSE:To put the conveyance carriages in continuous and effective operation without generating any problem due to an abnormal situation such as facility interference and blocking. CONSTITUTION:The track L3 where conveyance the carriages CAR2-CAR4 travel is divided into plural closed sections such as closed sections K22-K33. The generation of the conveyance schedule of the conveyance carriages CAR 2-CAR4 and their operation which accords with the generated conveyance schedule are therefore minutely performed. For the operation of the conveyance carriages, conveyance schedule processing for addition to the conveyance schedule or its correction or deletion is performed in real time while adjacency and overlap between the occupied closed sections of the respective conveyance carriages are checked. Therefore, even if the abnormal situation such facility interference and blocking is generated for various disturbance factors, it is automatically removed to carry on the operation of the conveyance carriages.
