PURPOSE: To obtain a disposable endoscope type surgical instrument by providing it with a cutter and a gripping instrument effective in a surgical operation and an end part acting instrument usable in an incising device. CONSTITUTION: When the surgical instrument is used, an endoscope type/ laparoscope type surgical instrument 10 is inserted into a trocar tube 80 as an arrow 85 in a condition where blades of an end part acting device 40 or gripping devices 90 and 92 exist is a blocking-up position. A tail end part of the surgical instrument 10 enters an incising part 100 of the body by passing through the trocar tube 80, and the blades 90 and 92 can be opened and blocked up as a sign 105 by reciprocating motion of a push rod 60 by actuation of a manual operation means 50. A crevice 30 effectively converts the reciprocating motion of the push rod 60 into operation of an end part actuating means shown by the sign 105, and the endoscope type surgical instrument 10 having an improved actuating mechanism which can rotate around a post of the crevice 30 and can be applied over a wide range, can be realized. |
