PURPOSE:To provide a noodle boiling device of simple mechanism capable of boiling a portion of noodle or soba (buckwheat noodle) for one person put in a basket in a short time. CONSTITUTION:This device consists of the 1st hot water drum 10 with the 1st heater 11, the 2nd hot water drum 20 with the 2nd heater 27, a hot water- feeding pipe 30 to feed boiling water W from the 1st drum to the 2nd one, and a feeding-back pipe 40 to feed the boiling water back from the 2nd drum to the 1st one. Close to a base plate of the 2nd drum, a bowl-shaped basket holder 24 having a nozzle hole 23 in the base thereof is provided to hold the bottom of the basket. The hot water-feeding pipe is inserted into the 2nd drum for communication with the nozzle hole 23 of basket holder. |
