LIQUID PREFLUX COMPOSITION AND PRINTED BOARD

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide liquid preflux composition functions as a protecting film for preventing a printed board before soldering from being damaged and contaminated and metal surface from rusting and being oxidized. CONSTITUTION:The liquid preflux composition for coating the printed-wiring board is composed of cellulose compound containing ethoxyl group or ethyl hydroxyethyl group and 5-100wt.% of phenol antioxidant and solvent to this cellulose compound.
