METHOD FOR PRODUCING STRAIGHT YARN FROM VISCOUS SUBSTANCE AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject straight long yarn capable of readily returning themselves during end breakage in drawing and thin fiber formation of viscous substance by using a specific device to produce the straight yarn. CONSTITUTION:A substance 2 made viscous in a device 1 is made to flow through a delivery orifice 3, processed into a conic shape 9 by a directional component of a gas flow approaching gradually a central shaft line H0 of the delivery orifice 3 by the gas flow 8 jetted from supply openings 7 of three or more first nozzles 6 arranged in the circumference of the delivery orifice 3 and provided with turning force. Then, yarn 10 flying spirally in the peripheral direction from the tip of the conic shape 9 by action of the directional component gradually separating from the central shaft line H0 is naturally transported to a main body of a nozzle 11 with a following flow 17 caused by ejection of a high-speed gas flow jetted in parallel from a nozzle 14 to the yarn 10, drawn and thinned to a final yarn diameter 18 by suction force of the high-speed gas flow 16 to give the objective yarn.
