PURPOSE:To secure safety of work by enabling an alarm of rotation of a spindle to be continued during the inertial rotation of the spindle even after turning off a power supply for a spindle motor. CONSTITUTION:An alarm device for the rotation of a spindle is provided with an alarm means 28 to inform the existence of the rotation of the spindle, a rotation detecting means 23 which detects the rotation of the spindle and continuously sends an electric signal during its rotation even after turning off a motor driver 33, and a control means 30 to distinguish existence of an electric signal sent from the rotation detecting means 23 for turning on and off the alarm means according to the above existence. |
