PURPOSE:To improve the quality by dripping wax heated to a high temperature onto the front side of a base to move the wax from a side face to a rear side, dripping wax heated to a low temperature onto the front side so as to form a wax layer to the rear side and the front side without reversing the base thereby preventing the occurrence of a crack. CONSTITUTION:Wax W1 adhered to a dripping iron 10C is heaped to a front side 2a of a piezoelectric base 2 while heating the iron 10C to keep the temperature to be nearly 110 deg.C. After the wax W1 is sufficiently moved from a base side face 2c to a rear side 2b, the iron 10C is lifted up to cure the wax 1 thereby forming a wax layer 6B onto the rear side. Then wax w2 of a smaller quantity than that of the preceding processing is kept to be nearly at 70 deg.C similarly to the case above and heaped to the side 2a and then the iron 10C is immediately lifted up and the wax is cured to form a front side wax layer 6A. Thus, it is not required to reverse the base thereby preventing the occurrence of a crack due to reversing and improving the quality. |
