PURPOSE:To obtain a conveyance schedule which is excellent in global conveyance efficiency and to minutely cope with variation in the state of conveyance facilities. CONSTITUTION:In a step 102, the global conveyance schedule is generated as to element operation constituting object conveying operation. In a step 104, the conveyance facilities begin to be put in operation which accords with the conveyance schedule generated in the step 102. Succeeding processes are carried out in real time with the operation of the conveyance facilities. In a step 106, the variation in the step of the object conveying operation or the state of the conveyance facilities is detected and unless the conveyance schedule of the object conveying operation is completed, a global conveyance schedule is generated again in the step 102. The purpose is therefore effectively attained. |
