PURPOSE: To provide a bag which is simple in structure and easy in opening/ closing operation by constituting it in such a way that when it is opened, flexible members that have been fitted to rods are folded in a bellows shape on both the lower end sides. CONSTITUTION: The circular-arc part of a frame A that has been installed in the ceiling part of a bag is upwardly formed, and a handle 3 is fitted to rigid end side parts G1, G2 of the frame A. The bag body is fixed to the lower periphery of the frame A, and the upper circular-arc parts of the frame A are closed by the formation of flexible members P1 and P2, and the flexible members P1, P2 are moved in connection with the frame A by means of rods 17, 117 and feather-shaped members 18, 118. The bag is locked in its closed condition by means C1, C2 for clamping the flexible members P1 and P2. When the bag is opened, the flexible members P1, P2 are separated and foldedly bent to the lower outer peripheries of the frame A as in the bellows shape.
