PURPOSE:To make an injection level at fL signal the same as an injection level at fH signal by preventing deterioration in a signal transmission characteristic at the distribution line carrier signal injection device 1 injecting a signal to a high voltage distribution line when a static capacitor is in existence at the injection point. CONSTITUTION:A level of each signal generated from an fL signal generating section 12 and an fH signal generating section 13 is adjusted individually by level adjustment devices 14, 15 and an output proportional to the signal level is compared with a triangle wave to obtain a PWM signal by a PWM modulation section 11, and a PWM signal outputted from the PWM modulation section 11 drives an inverter section 3.
