PURPOSE:To reduce manual aid and time at the time of transferring data from a hotel front accounting processing system to a finance system, and to escape an input miss by processing sales data generated at the front accounting, automatically extracting and editing data concerned with account and income, and outputting the data to the finance system. CONSTITUTION:A processing date 1 of a hotel front accounting processing system 11 is set as a control variable, and used as the date of the data to be outputted to a finance system 12. Then, information concerned with the income of data files 2 from each front department prepared by the hotel front accounting processing system 11 is extracted, and edited so as to be suited to the formats of account and income related files 4 to be processed by the finance system 12, and outputted. The formats of the data files 2 from each front department are different, so that it is necessary to process the data files 2 by programs 3 which operate the extraction, edition, and output of each file. |
