Lime is fed to a row material tubs (4)(5) through a feeding screw (2), a bucket conveyor (3) and feed tubes (6)(7). Dryer tubes (10)(11) are fixed via a steam distrituting head (12) and a piping to an exhaust tubes (401)(501) mounted to a feeding screws (8)(9). A hopper (13) and a plastic solution tub (15) are connected to a mixed tub (14). Raw material (25) removed of moisture and mixed by a vacuum pump (16), enters under pressure in between an outer and an inner moulds (23)(24) and the moulds then passed through the steam distrituting head (12) and the dryer room (18) to be separated. Manufacted products are fed to a polishing room (20), the outer mould (23) to the screw (141) of a mixed tub (14), and the inner mold (24) through the steam distributing head (12) and the dryer room (22) to the lower side of the screw (141).
