<p>PURPOSE:To make possible the image formation of high accuracy without the effect of eccentricity, etc. of a photoreceptor by connecting optical fiber bundles to an optical fiber array unit coupling the generating array of light emitting arrays and making the light emitting array luminous fluxes in the fixed direction. CONSTITUTION:The luminous fluxes from the odd and even number light emitting arrays 3, 2 arrayed linearly to an optical fiber array unit 1 are coupled by the unit 1. The coupled luminous flux is made into the fixed direction by the optical fiber bundle connecting to the unit and the virtual images by the light spots of the arrays 3, 2 are formed on one straight line even if the spacing between the drum 12 and the end face of the fiber bundle 7 changes despite existence of eccentricity in the photosensitive drum 12. Hence, the highly accurate image formation may be performed without the effect of the eccentricity, etc. of the photoreceptor.</p> |
