PURPOSE:To report an output message, which is not completely, outputted due to the occurrence of a terminal fault or system down, to a user to be primarily seen the message. CONSTITUTION:A log-in/log-out control program 106 stors in a terminal user storage file 107 that who are users 101 and 102 logging-in communication terminals 103 and 104. A message holding program 112 extracts the output message, which is not completely outputted to the communication terminal, from a message waiting matrix 109 corresponding to the communication terminal and while referring to the terminal user storage file 107, the output message held in a message holding file 111 is registered on the message waiting matrix 109 corresponding to the communication terminal, which is logged-in again by the user, by a message re-registration program 113 corresponding to the user again.
