<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of times of operation of a keyboard and operator's fatigue and malfunction and to shorten a retrieving time by using voice at the time of retrieval. CONSTITUTION:An image original is inputted from a data input device 1 and stored in a data storage device 3. Simultaneously with the operation, retrieving data for retrieval are inputted from an operation input device 2 and stored in a retrieving data storage device 4. A voice inputted from a voice input device 8 is converted into code data by a voice code converter 9, retrieval is executed by a control device 7 by using the code data as a retrieving key and a retrieved result is outputted to a display device 5 or a printer 6. Consequently the number of times of operation of the keyboard can be reduced, operator's fatigue and malfunction can also be reduced and the retrieving time can be shortened.</p> |
